Refund policy
Nature of the Product
All products offered in the Bez Tabu Estetic store are digital products (eBooks in electronic format). These products are delivered automatically and immediately after payment is successfully processed, without the use of any physical media.
No Right of Return for Digital Products
Due to the nature of the offered content, eBooks are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been delivered.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply where:

the subject of the contract is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium,
-
the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period,
-
and the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Consent to Immediate Delivery and Loss of the Right of Withdrawal
By making a purchase in the Bez Tabu Estetic store, the Buyer:
-
provides explicit consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (the eBook),
-
acknowledges that, once the delivery of the digital content has commenced, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract within the statutory withdrawal period,
-
accepts that the purchased eBook cannot be returned or refunded after it has been made available.
This consent is a condition for the fulfillment of the order.
Technical Issues
In the event of technical issues related to access to the eBook (such as inability to download the file, a corrupted file, or lack of access to the content):

each case will be reviewed individually,
-
we provide technical support and, where necessary, will re-deliver the digital file.
Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund, provided that the product has been effectively made available to the Buyer.
